Discover nature and... enjoy it! This is the tempting goal of this outing in the middle of nature.

Spring is the perfect time to prepare beautiful wild salads.
Equipped with their salad bowls, participants will pick freshly bloomed leaves from local trees. They will then be dressed with a vinaigrette and eaten as a salad in nature.

    Material and equipment: comfortable shoes and suitable clothing, long pants recommended. Hat and drink, depending on the weather. If you wish, you can also bring writing utensils and scotch tape.
