Parc des Rives

This former hippodrome, which was renowned as Arteplage during Expo02, offers a surface of 20 ha on the shores of Lake Neuchâtel, a 10-minute walk away from the city centre and some hundred metres from the Yverdon-les-Bains campsite.

Parc des Rives is a site that has welcomed hikers, school outings and sportspeople of any discipline since 2007. This easily accessible leisure zone proposes volleyball grounds, table tennis, the famous and highly aesthetic Théâtre du Petit Globe, picnic areas, a café and kids’ playgrounds.

Its modern structures, which are voluntarily kept to a minimum, its geographical location and its natural setting make it a convivial place of relaxation in one of the city’s most beautiful spots.
