The winegrowers of the Cooperative produce and commercialise white, red and rosé wines under the appellation “Côtes de l’Orbe” as well as several highly appreciated specialities.
Located in the village of Arnex-sur-Orbe in the heart of the vineyards of the Côtes de l’Orbe, Yverdon-les-Bains region, the cellar is open on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings and can receive up to 20 visitors.
The wines of the cooperative cellar have won many awards (gold and silver medals), at the levels of the Canton of Vaud and Switzerland and internationally at the International Gamay Contest in Lyon. These awards confirm the dynamism that characterises the appellation and clearly demonstrate that the continual efforts of the winegrowers are recognised by the winemaking professionals.
The grape varieties produce about 2/3 red wine (80% Gamay, 10% Pinot and 10% Garanoir, Gamaret and others) and 1/3 white wine (95% Chasselas, 5% Riesling & Sylvaner) from 50 ha of vines.
