The district of Bonvillars has been home to a wine cooperative since 1943. The winegrowers who are associated under the name “Cellar of Bonvillars winegrowers” centralise their production in recent premises that are open to the public.
Following the renovations carried out in 2014, the “Cellar of Bonvillars Winegrowers” offers modern infrastructure that conforms to current standards. The 50 associated winemakers can thus share an efficient production and sales tool.
The premises offer a shop and a vinothek, which is open from Monday to Saturday noon and dedicated to wine tasting and sharing. Commented visits are available on request. A set of winetouristic activities combine wine and the services of regional actors.
Several meeting rooms of various sizes are available for rent. A panoramic space of 180 sq. can be divided into two sections and equipped as desired for the needs of a particular event, whether seminar, work session, anniversary, wedding, concert, exhibition etc.
