Domaine Du Pasquier was established in 1836 on the outskirts of Concise.
The Cave Du Pasquier offers eighteen different white, rosé and red wines from "sustainable viticulture", without herbicides. In recent years, interspecific grape varieties have been cultivated, such as Solaris and Divico, which are resistant to disease and require little or no treatment. Cave Du Pasquier is committed to producing quality wines at affordable prices, while maintaining traditional, artisanal and environmentally friendly production.
The wine cellar is open on Saturdays from 10 am to 1 pm and on weekdays on appointment. It welcomes groups of up to 30 people on request.
