The Domaine Champagnoux is located in the commune of Champagne in the heart of a historic wine-growing area where the vineyards have been cultivated for more than a thousand years.
The holding focuses on a glyphosate-free production and an environmentally friendly approach: manual grape harvesting, meticulous and traditional vinification, and a wine aged in vats and oak barrels depending on the grape variety. The estate's specialities are two traditional sparkling wines, “l'Orphelin brut rosé" and "Geisha brut made from pinot gris".
Visitors and groups of up to 40 people are welcomed by appointment. On request, raclette evenings or other meals can be organised.
