The Sollier chalet at an altitude of 1366m is situated in the midst of a friendly and lively environment and is open from the beginning of June to the beginning of October.
Besides donkeys, pigs, rabbits and Charolais cows, this place also offers a playground for children. Sollier is one of the first restaurants where it was possible to savour the famous “surprise fondue” that has now become its speciality: a fondue served in a pot made of bread (upon reservation). The chalet is part of the Sainte-Croix / Les Rasses gourmet stroll that can be booked at the Tourist Office.
Specialities: Surprise fondue (upon reservation), cold plates, tomme cheese with rösti and cream pies.
Open from Thursday evening (6pm) to Sunday evening (8pm)
