Open from March to October, the restaurant in the Champ-Pittet Pro Natura Centre offers daily seasonal specials based on regional produce, some of which are picked directly in the establishment’s own garden.
In addition to entertainment and interactive exhibitions, the Champ-Pittet Pro Natura Centre houses a café-restaurant at the core of its 18th Century castle from March to October. In a pastoral setting, the café-restaurant is open from Tuesday to Sunday. The chef de cuisine, aware of fair trade and environmentally friendly products, concocts a daily vegetarian special menu, alongside daily meat and fish specials, often served with vegetables cultivated in the garden.
Home-made ice-cream and cakes will appeal to smaller appetites. Open 10 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.
