Auberge Communale is in the heart of Vallorbe, in the former casino of 1908 on the banks of the river Orbe. The Rindlisbacher family offers regional specialties such as snails, frog legs and Vallorbe trout.
The centenary Auberge Communale offers lots of space. There is a brasserie, a dining room, two seminar rooms, a banquet room with 330 seats and a vast terrace on the river Orbe. The restaurant has been tastefully renovated in shades or beige, chocolate and white.
The season-based menu card focuses on local dishes. Vallorbe trout is served à la meunière or blue. All dishes and the fresh and varied side dishes are tastefully presented in line with a gastronomic restaurant.
The rich wine card includes vintages from the nearby vineyards Côtes de l’Orbe AOC and Bonvillars AOC. They can be ordered by the bottle, cup or glass.
