The Belle Epoque within the Grand Hôtel des Rasses offers authentic and traditional dishes based on fresh and seasonal local produce. It holds the “Home-made” label as well as the Vaud Œnotourism certification.
The regularly updated menu card offers home-made desserts, delicious meats and fish as well as trout from the restaurant’s own fishpond. Must-taste dishes are the authentic Papet Vaudois and game specialties when in season. The fully refurbished sunny terrace offers a splendid view of the Alps.
You can also order the menu card dishes at the bar of the “Petit Restaurant”, which offers a view of the swimming pool and the park. The “Le Chandelier” dining room can be made private or used for entertainment purposes. The building is set in a beautiful park and dates from 1898. It has maintained its period look featuring wooden floors, columns and big chandeliers. The hotel offers three unique historical rooms in the Belle-Epoque style.
