Agiez, a small village in the region of Yverdon-les-Bains, plays host to a not-to-miss gourmet treasure. The Normand’Agiez (or LNA) offers a quiet and verdant terrace and a cosy restaurant decorated with wood elements for pleasant gourmet moments.
The Normand'Agiez combines tradition, terroir products and the creativity of the young managers Mariana and Tanguy. Tanguy comes from Normandy and confers little touches of his native land to the menu card. Mariana hails from Greece and is a self-taught, successful Chef. The Normand'Agiez is the result of this joint project by two young people with fertile minds.
Meats cooked to perfection are the stars of the menu card: game in autumn, beef tenderloin à la Chateaubriand in all other seasons. Vegetarians or guests with a little less appetite take delight in the fish tartars or the vegetable carpaccios. There is only a small selection of wines by the glass, but it is changed regularly. The desserts on offer are mostly regional specialties that are sometimes enhanced with local wines and brandies.
