Located alongside the Jura Ridgeway, at an altitude of 1164 m, the Les Rochats restaurant is open all year. Two dormitories of 10 to 20 beds with sanitary facilities are available.
Departing from the restaurant, there are many excursion routes available for hikers to choose from. Towards Creux du Van or Mont-Aubert, there are various hiking paths or walking trails accessible for families and more enthusiastic walkers too. There is also access to the MTB Jura bike trail No 3 and the marked route Jura bike trail No 7. In winter, cross country skiing and snowshoe outings are a great way to discover the beautiful snowclad countryside of the Jura mountains.

Cross-country skiing
The cross-country skiing trail at the Nordic Centre of Les Rasses passes in front of the Rochats restaurant. Starting from les Rasses: 13 km one way; starting from Les Cluds: 11 km one way and starting from Magnenaz: 7.5 km one way.
By car, from Provence, follow the road up to Les Rochats. On-site car park.
On foot (in summer)
Starting from La Combaz, follow the walking tourism trail (marked yellow) towards Les Rochats. Walk of about 1 hour, one way. From Mauborget, follow the walking tourism trail (marked yellow) towards Les Rochats, via La Combaz. Walk of about 1 hour and 45 minutes, one way.
