The Theatre of Coloured Shadows is a roving theatre with a light structure that can be readily packed up and adapted to many different settings. It regularly puts on shows in various venues in the French-speaking part of Switzerland: schools, libraries, meeting and recreation centres, young people’s centres (« maisons des jeunes et de la culture ») festivals, theatres, retirement homes, etc.

Christine Vachoud has created her own individual style. She is responsible for developing the concept and characters, designing and building the sets, and rehearsing and presenting performances.
