François Junod ‘Music automatons workshop’
The renowned automaton maker François Junod presents for a few months the enchanting exhibition ‘Music automatons workshop’ in the centre of the CIMA museum in Sainte-Croix/Les Rasses.
François Junod, the prize winner of the 2011 Gaïa Award, takes the visitor to ’his’ world, which is both enchanting and poetic. The ‘Music automatons workshop’ exhibition, which takes the form of a guided walk through the CIMA museum, lets you (re)discover the mechanical androids created by the automaton maker and his team. Subtlety, tradition and modernity are combined in his ‘Sainte-Crix’ artworks, to give a surprising result with a certain magical touch.
